Viticulture and oenology work in Mallorca

At Joan de sa Vinyota, we are passionate about viticulture. Joan is a “vinyòvol,” a small-scale viticulturist with over 10 years of experience, deeply committed to local grape varieties and organic production. Currently, he co-owns FentVi with two partners, a company dedicated to producing wines exclusively from local Balearic grape varieties. Joan is involved in every stage of the winemaking process, from planting the vine to bottling the wine. He has collaborated with various wineries and viticulturists and is now extending his expertise to new projects.
